What this site is
Inyonitech Solutions is a web design agency. Look through our eleven live websites, then ask for a quote by email.
Inyonitech Solutions is free to read. Nothing on it is a quote or a contract: any work is agreed separately, in writing, with Inyonitech Solutions (Pty) Ltd, a company registered in South Africa.
What you may do with it
What the site's tools work out for you is yours to use, print, copy, share and screenshot, for any purpose. We claim nothing over it.
The writing, tables and pages of the site itself are ours. You may quote a short passage with a link back to the page you took it from.
What you may not do
- Copy the site in bulk, or republish its pages, tables or data as your own.
- Scrape it at a rate that slows it down for other people.
- Try to break it, introduce anything malicious, or use it as part of something unlawful.
Suggestions and corrections
If you send a suggestion or a correction to hello@inyonitech.com, you are giving us permission to use it to improve the site, without obligation and without payment. Do not send anything confidential. We will not publish your address.
No warranty
This site is provided as it is, with no warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that it is free of errors, that it is available at any particular time, or that it is fit for any particular purpose of yours. Check anything that matters before you rely on it. The site may change, and it may stop.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising out of your use of this site, or of anything it shows or works out. That includes indirect and consequential loss.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for gross negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are a consumer, your rights under the consumer protection law of your own country are not affected by anything written here.

Where this site links elsewhere, that is for your convenience. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for what is on them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of South Africa, and the courts of South Africa have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer somewhere else, this does not take away the protections that the mandatory law of your own country gives you.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them.
