Frequently asked questions
Do I need a finished brief before I get in touch?
No. Tell us what your business does and what you want the website or system to do. A rough idea is enough to start.
The first step of every project is a short spec we write with you, so the details get settled there.
What do you build?
Websites, from a single page to a full business site, and the software behind them. A website can show a catalogue, take bookings or collect enquiries, and the system behind it can run the work those create.
How much does a website cost?
It depends on the pages and what they have to do. The pricing page gives a range for each package: a one-page site, a business site, and care after launch.
You get a written quote after a short conversation about what your website needs to do.
How does a project run?
In six steps. We agree a short spec with you, sketch a few directions, design and prototype the one you choose, build it, refine it with you, and look after it once it is live if you want us to.
The about page sets out each step.
Can I see websites you have built?
Yes. The home page shows eleven live websites we built and run, each with a link to the site itself.
Do you look after the site after launch?
Yes, if you want us to. Care after launch covers changes, updates and checks once the site is live, on a monthly plan.
Where are you based?
In Cape Town, South Africa. We take on projects from anywhere, and our working day overlaps with the UK and Europe.
What should I tell you about my project?
What your business does and who it serves, what the website must do, the pages you think you need, when you would like it finished, and a budget range if you have one. The form above asks for each of these.
